There isn’t much more of a hotter real estate market in Mexico right now. In their latest annual retirement index – Live and Invest Overseas had Mazatlan tied for their #1 spot and it’s not hard to see why. With oceanfront property starting around $200,000 usd and showing double digit returns, buying a place in Mazatlan can be tough to pass up.
Currently the city has around 6,114 properties for sale between $460,000mxp and $18,000,000mxp. On the rental side, inventory is a bit down from last month with 1,368 properties for rent – 491 houses and 877 apartments with a price range between $5,000mxp and $125,000mxp for an annual contract.
