Okay, maybe there wasn’t that much tequila involved, but the idea for MZT Real Estate definitely sparked over a few margaritas on the beach. Our founder, Frazier, a seasoned real estate marketing guru, had spent years helping agents in the US and Canada dominate their markets. But the siren song of Mazatlan’s endless sunshine and killer surf breaks was too much to resist.
He realized one crucial thing: Mexico’s real estate market was full of potential, but it was hard to navigate, especially if your Spanish wasn’t tip-top. That’s when the lightbulb struck – why not combine his marketing know-how with a team of bilingual experts to shake up the Mexican real estate scene?
